The wrong direction
One of the main things a designer learns is the ‘elements of various design’. It’s awesome to see how a simple line can literally make or break your outfit.
I’d love to go more into detail with this note, but i feel some sort of urgency to put this up rather quickly.
The most basic rule with stripes : Horizontal stripes makes you look wider, and Vertical strips makes you look slimmer. This happens for the simple reason that our eyes follow the direction of the lines. So naturally, with horizontal lines we look from one side to the other and with Vertical lines, our eyes move either from up to down or vice versa.
So now, depending on your body structure…Choose wisely :).
